This solution offers document production and distribution assessment services and system design support that improves device management utilization and workflow productivity. It also helps you control costs in single or multi-site facilities by centralizing the responsibility for the purchase, installation, maintenance, tracking and support for your printing and imaging requirements.

Flexible Payment Options
Cannon IV offers flexible payment options to meet your business needs. Each method is based on the concept of only paying for what you use or the number of pages you print.
- Level Pay
The customer pays the same predicable amount every month or quarter for the entire year. The amount is based on an estimate of the customer’s number of pages printed each month. Even if the print volume is above or below the estimated print volume, the monthly or quarterly fee remains the same for the first year of the service plan. There will be a reconciliation at the end of the year. The customer pays for the actual usage, no more and no less, but has the benefit of no surprises in monthly/quarterly charges during the plan year.
- Actual Usage
This pricing option has no minimum or fixed monthly/quarterly payment. Instead, billing is on a variable basis for actual pages printed. Page counts are calculated by Cannon IV or by the customer on a monthly or quarterly basis.
- Page Contract
With this option, you purchase a bulk contract for pages printed across your entire printer fleet. The contract can cover one, two or three years and is based on the estimated number of pages you will print each year. The term of the contract ends when the contracted number of pages has been printed on the printers covered in the contract. You can be billed quarterly or annually based on usage or a level pay approach.
